SonyE X10mini under warranty still not back 3mnth

I experience during Oct 2012 problems with my phone where it just for no reason go dead - like if you put it off. Also during calls my phone will just cancel/end the call I am busy with - and forse me to redail again - to continue with my conversation. This creates problems for me - becuase I cannot continue with my daily work to the level expected of me.

I took the phone in to Polokwane Repairs 25 Oct - and they indicate that the only problem is I need to replace the battery. Due to the fact that this phone has a build in battery - I see it part as the phone with the 2 year warranty. I took the phone back to Vodacom Mall of the North (outlet 42278) - where the store manager, Chanelle assist me. She took the phone from me and said she will see what she can do. After poor feedback I reported her to her regional Irene Dege on 19 Nov 2012. From there I continuesly phone and go to the store to see where my phone is - but no feedback. Now in Jan 2013 they inform me that the phone was send in again and now it has water damage as well - and they cannot help me. Still there is also no new battery available and I need to wait till May. Please help - I cannot wait another 3 months
