On 7 September I posted a complaint on hellopeter about ADSL which was cancelled on 11 May but for which we were still being billed. Telkom responded on hellopeter onthe 9th of September with escalation reference number ARS 233593. I got an email to say we are going to receive a credit.
Well GUESS WHAT... we have ONCE AGAIN been billed for ADSL for September/October which we CANCELLED ON 11 MAY 2013!!! PLUS they disconnected our phone because we did not pay the ADSL and we were charged DOUBLE reconnection fee!!! WHAT are we supposed to do??!! Go to the Minister of Telecommunications of the South African government?! If my phone gets suspended again I will sue Telkom!!!
