NOBODYS KNOWS WHAT TO DO

I wanted a contract with Cell C and contacted the Call Centre, a very nice the lady help me and the phone was delivered in with a week. Before the contract was finalised a told the lady i want my 0845179817 nr to be ported she said that can be done. So i went and paid my contract up with autopage as i didnt want anything to do with them after 10 years. But it seems i should have stayed with them. For the past two week i am trying to get my pay as go nr on my contract to no avail. Ever time i call i am told a story. I just had it now please arrange for your phone to be collected i will go elsewhere. I9 cannot lose my nr as i have this nr for many years. I cant insure my phone cause it is not the sim that phone came with.
