ADSL supposedly cancelled but line suspended!

Re escalation reference number ARS 235390; ARS233563 and original cancellation reference number dated 10 May 2013: TOC935570383
On Wednesday I received a call from Telkom to say that the ADSL has been cancelled and all charges will be reversed and credit will show on the following invoice. Yesterday we get home and THE LINE HAS BEEN SUSPENDED!!! I have NEVER in my life had more rubbish and frustration with a company as with Telkom! If that line is not reconnected TODAY you WILL hear from our lawyers next week. This is UNACCEPTABLE and UNCONSTITUTIONAL and ILLEGAL to disconnect a line when the fault with TELKOM and not the client!!!
