2 months and a half ago I cancelled my adsl services with telkom and was told that a consultant would phone me after I had cancelled to verify the cancellation. I received a reference number but no one ever phoned me and everytime I would phone them no one would help me with this. My line was cut because I decided I wouldn't pay them because I had cancelled but till this day almost the 3rd month in being billed for adsl that I am not even using. Seriously appalling service... I just cannot deal with that want your money.

I had heard bad things about telkom but in actually experiencing even worse.
I need their adsl cancelled I want nothing to do with them actually. Im so over telkom right now.
