I am really upset with the service I have received from Vodacom. I currently have 4 contracts with them. I have had a problem with the one phone since February 2013 and they could never resolve my problem, I have followed all the steps they required and I am just tired. If hey don't want to resolve it just pay me back for my contracts and I can move to another service provider. I have mentioned that I would like to speak to higher management but no one calls all I get is incompetent people mailing me, and incompetent people trying to fix a phone. I sent my phone in 2 weeks ago with a problem they sent it back and said its fixed, what are they actually doing.my first time I sent the phone in the sent me sum one else 2 hand broken phone (refurbished) I took a brand new phone with them and they fell like giving me there second hand scrap. I have lost out on about 6 months of the phone due to Vodacom which I am paying for. If it was regards to me not paying they would have contacted, but because they cannot help they don't care. Who is going to pay me back for the time I have lost out? Who is going to fix my phone?
