CELLC failure: Advertised Coverage not Operational

Summary of problems.

1. CELLC advertise 96% coverage in SA.
2. I have no cell signal veryoften at my home:
95 tenth Ave Sydeham JHB
my office 95 Tenth Ave Edenvale.(Screen capture sent to cellC)
3. No cell phone signal or DATA at:
In Rustenburg at Impala Platinum mine
Clarens, Free State
Bethlehem, Free State
All places in Bloemfontein during 4 day visit in Sept 2 - 5, 2013
Durban King Shaka airport
Stanger, KZN
4. NO DATA
OR Tambo airport, Joburg
King Shaka Airport, DURBAN
Bloemfontein Airport
In JHB from 4 to 10 Oct 2013

These are places I have visited in the last 5 weeks.
This is clearly not acceptable service for me as my main business phone & data link out the office.

This is way outside CELLC's claim to 96% coverage.
If I donot hear back from you by end on Tuesday 7 October with a solution I will have to take this up with ICASA and the advertising standards board.

I expect to hear from your MD shortly.
