Hi

I would like to lay a complaint with regards to my cellphone. About two months ago my phone's track pad was not working. I then took it in to vodacom coz for them to repair it coz i do have insurance on it. The phone was with vodacom for almost two months. I then got a call that i need to collect the phone. I did so, track pad worked fine and i was satisfied. Later the day i tried making a call, and then realised that the speaker of the phone is not working. This problem was not there before i took the ohine in for repairs intially. I then took the phone back to vodacom explaining to them what the problem is now. They took the phone, kept it for over two weeks with them. They called me yesterday stating that the phone is back from repairs but has not been fixed, apperantly there is a "setting fault". The lady then told me that they WILL SEND THE PHONE BACK AGAIN, my ohone did not have a problem with regards to the speaker, so how did this happen??!! This is Unacceptable as this has been going on for the past 3months.. and been paying for something that i dont have!!! I want this sorted out asap please and for someone to get back to me!!!
