Wrongful billing again after 1st complaint!

Hello Vodacom! You billed me again on 29 November 2013 and I'm still waiting for the rest of the money you said you'd pay for billing me incorrectly. This is the only channel available to address my problems as your call centers are useless.

1st complaint on HelloPeter, titled: Vodacom give me back my money for illegal billing!
