Veronica (REQ:1634176) = I still await further update to my hellopeter complaint filed on Wednesday 16 Jan 2013 re my December billing and next steps I need to take. as stated, I do not want to be charged for the bill in light of the discrepancies raised, until the issue has been properly explained and resolved.
