Signed contract NOT matching large debit amounts

FIRSTLY- let it be known that I have NEVER recieved an invoice from Vodacom in the past nearly 3 months that I have had my contract! Had I recieved my first statement I wouldnt be in the MESS they have created today! I went to the vodacom, Edgars (Cresta) to sign my contract. I am on a smart standard 229 package but when I requested a statement last sat I was informed that my phone has been soft blocked AND that they will be debiting my account R5739.27!!! The break down of smses, free minutes & data is incorrect on the contract i have signed & have proof of! Vodacom has been billing me incorrectly to the contract i have signed for the month of Nov, Dec, Jan and now since it still isnt fixed Feb is going to be incorrect too! I have been dealing with the Store manager of the edgars store and instead of him contacting me directly he is getting his staff to do the work. They are ALL extremely incompetent! they keep passing the buck between themselves, first the branch is blaming head office then head office says its the branch. All I know is that I dont have a working phone & I REFUSE to pay for something that is not in my Written contract! its been a week already! HURRY UP & FIX IT!
