After my complaint here I was contacted and I did confirm that I was able to see my itemised billing but I very clearly stated that I'm only able to see one month's details. However the updated response on Helopeter states "You have been contacted and advised that your details have been updated and you have confirmed that all is in working" and this is not true.
I have had itemised billing for 3 years now.
So I still cannot download itemised bills for previous months to claim calls back for work purposes.
The CSV files that can be emailed is in another format so they are useless for my purposes.
