HOLDING FOR INSURANCE MTN FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR

Good day,

I insured my iphone with MTN since i signed the contract with them 2012 March. My phone went off and wont switch on. I called MTN Protea gardens and was told to call insurance and arrange with them to pick up the damaged phone and deliver a loan phone.

I've been holding since 8am!! I'm calling from a landline since my mobile is off, can you imagine the bill!! For people i pay monthly without hassles then when i need the service that i've been paying i cant even get my message across nevermind my phone to be fixed.

Since you are a telecommunication organization i dont need to tell you how important a phone is in this day and age. I'm in the market for a new job and this is not helping since prospective employers wont be able to get hold me.

PLEASE ENSURE I GET IN CONTACT WITH MTN INSURANCE TODAY! I CANT NOT GO ANOTHER DAY WITHOUT A PHONE!
