They have blacklisted me without notification

I have a contract with mtn, I have cancelled it because they did not want to upgrade my banking details to the new branch which has made it very inconveniet for me to go into the store and pay every month!! They have blacklist me for first R108 when I spoke to eunice REF: 102710842 I have paid this money and now when the consultant (Luke) at festival mall calls and spoke to to Tshepo, he says that I must pay R168.21!!! I have had no notifications to inform me of what that have been doing. Now I go to the bank and find out from them that I am blacklisted!!! I am furious. I have made the payment and want my name cleared NOW!! I am getting married in 3 weeks and need my name cleared today!! This is! I am going to report mtn to the ombudsman as well!! This proper. I have pleny of accounts and have NEVER had this before!! I will inform ALL my friends and family to NEVER use mtn ever!!! This is the worst service I have ever had!! They WILL clear my name in the next hour!
