Due to a possible error made by my shipper's agent in the UK, my contact details in SA were not correctly supplied to Globeflight and they were thus unable to deliver to me. Yesterday I phoned and spoke with Luke in Imports, who, along with his team, Jarrid and Luke, made sure I am getting my delivery today. They organized a bike courier as their delivery people had already left for the day this morning, before my import duty payment had been received and cleared by their bank. This company is amazing - this is admittedly my first encounter with Globeflight but I am thoroughly impressed. Thank you Luke. Thank you Jarrid. Thank you Jean-Pierre.
