Paying off hosp acc. I pay every month. Every month before the payment has cleared get called to find out why I'v not paid my acc. This month was called on 5th to find out why I haven't paid. Said I had. I tell her every month when she calls, "Please could you not call before before the 7th, by which time all monies would have cleared. I know that legally I have until the 7th for payments to clear." I also then tell her the following, "You are wasting your money by calling me every month over my R50 payment, which I PAY every month." To which she replied, "It is not MY money, it is the businesses." So Vcred - I hope you are aware that this agent is wasting YOUR money every month to hound me for my money. After our conversation (on the 5th) I almost immediately received an sms telling me that I "HAVE NOT PAID MY ACCOUNT AND THAT LEGAL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN" etc. This really got my back up as I had JUST told this woman that I had paid my acc & that she should wait a day or two for it to clear. Did not have access to online banking when she called. Checked when I got home and payment was made on the 4th. (Day before). I don't think that warrants a call or me eing branded a??
