UNPROFESSIONALISM- CALL CENTRE

I HAVE CALLED TELKOM ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS REQUESTING ADSL FOR THE BUSINESS. WE HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT THERE IS NO PORTS, NO CABLE, IT IS BEING ESCALATED, WILL BE ATTENDED TO WITHIN THE NEXT 2-7 DAYS AND THEN JUST HAVE TO CALL AGAIN AND AGAIN. TODAY I CALLED IN SPOKE TO CYNTHIA WHO DIDNT WANT ME TO SPEAK TO HER SUPERIOR BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TELL BE WHEN THE INFRASTRUCTURE FOR FORDSBURG WILL IMPLEMENTED NOW. SHE BLOCKED MY OUTGOING CALLS WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE . I CALLED THE FAULT LINE TO LOF CALL AND EXPLAINED THAT A FEW MINUTES I COULD CALL OUT AND SUDDENLY AFTER SPEAKING TO TELKOM I COULD NOT. THEN I WAS TOLD THAT THE PERSON I CALIM I SPOKE TO EARLIER HAS REMOVED THE CONVERSATION FROM THE SYSTEM AND HE IS ONLY PERSON I SPOKE TO TODAY. IF THEY ARE CAPABLE OF DOING THAT AND BLOCKING US IS MANAGEMENT AWARE OF THIS.
