Called Telkom on 06.11.13 ref: 88894197A & 88894503A t upgrade adsl to uncapped. Person I spoke to said it had been done immediately. called 4 times after that (and on hold for more than 20 mins each phonecall). NO upgrade was done yet. it is now 12.11.13, spoke to Thozama Mvuge, who was not able to assist and would not transfer call to superviser. When I became upset, she put the phone down in my ear (without warning). I am disgusted and appalled at this woman's behaviour. She is supposed to be representing Telkom, but what a load of BS. I will never again recommend Telkom to anyone. And to top it off my adsl on my home line still hasn't been upgraded. #disappointed #badattitude #patheticservice
