Pleeeeease heeeeeelp with Telkom!!!

My ph/adsl/fax not worked. I reported fault on 7 Jan'13, ref, no, 130CWZ070113, and was sent 2nd ref no 285CWK 291112.i called them on the 9 jan for progress they said working on it.i called them on the 11 jan, they said working on it and I was in the queue. I called the 14 jan, they said fault detected, would call network specialist. I spoke to Petro. I called on the 16 jan, got through to Bloemfontein call centre, asked to speak to supervisor, they gave me name Joy Phakoe she would call back. She didnt. It was a Fikile Sikhonba that gave me Joys name. They said i was put on an esculation, ref no 483659. On 16th at 1:52pm I got an SMS saying line was restored. I checked it, still not working. I called again. They said they thought it was working because it rings on their side. They gave me another ref no: 531CWZ160113. Spoke to Rikiloe, pretoria.called today, 18jan, spoke to Alfred Mvududu, supervisor, he would check why talking long & call me back @ 10am. He didn't. Called again at 10.52am, Springs call centre, now I'm waiting for supervisor Zanele Dlamimi to call back. She won't. This is a business line for Adrian's First Fruits. Ph no 0219757217. Please help!
