Charged for account I dont have

Hello
For the past two years I have been battling with 8ta to confirm that I have a contract with them.
I have been billed and now threatened to be blacklisted for an account that I do not have. I did not sign for anything with them. I have tried to contact them and even sat in store for afternoons on end for someone to find 'the contract I signed'
I cannot deal with this anymore. I need help and they need to pull together there act. Who gives a student with no income a cellphone contact?
