I had 2 numbers on contract & recently cancelled them to pre-paid. When I called to cancel 0837789815 I was told I had to pay first and then call to cancel, which I did. I called to cancel 083
2821143 & it was cancelled. Nothing was said about money owing & now I'm getting sms's & my line blocked because of money owing. Why was this not mentioned when I made that call to cancel, as procedure when a contract is cancelled? Why follow 2 different procedures for the same process? Not professional at all and incompetent. If you have a QA dept you can go and listen to both calls. I tried logging this complaint on your website but ALL my captchas entered are incorrect... like really now!!!
