Cell phone taken and a new Sim replacement purchased on Tuesday 18th June, in store, and the store personnel and said SIM would be provisioned by the next morning. This did not transpire and have been calling daily since to be told SIM Card willwill be operational in 2 hours time or by 4.30pm etc etc etc.
So far nothing, just empty promises.
This is the second time this has happened as their was a week plus downtime when I bought the phone service in December 2011.
I would like the SIM card operational immediately and compensation for this.
