Own me money

I cancelled my on the cellphone contract and the last payment was due on the 1/9/2013. Virgin mobile deducted a premium on the 1/10/13. phone cancellation on the 3/10/13 ref. 2371313 and on the 7/10/13 ref .2451130, still no refund. after they said I must wait 24-48 hours.
