I am not one to complain, I know no one or any one company is perfect, Overall i think Cell C is a great company, your prices are amazing and i think you are doing a great job at keeping the mobile telecommunications industry competitive.
My one Gripe though, how is it that i can have full 3G signal and nothing on my phone will load, from whats app to facebook to youtube, nothing.
This is the case in La Lucia Ridge, and the irony of it all is, is that Cell C (which I'm presuming is some sort of head office) it literally across the road from my building. Friends of mine who are also on Cell C from various regions in KZN have also complained about terrible service while having full 3G coverage.
Also at my home in Pinetown i get very bad reception all together, i cannot make a call from inside my home, i have to step outside, and I know this sounds like first world problems, but its really frustrating more than anything.
Again I am sad to complain about Cell C cause i really think that they are great.
