Still no feedback

I logged a complaint with HelloPeter last week and received a very nice automated mail from Axxess stating that they will call me to resolve my issue. No calls, nothing. I have phoned them in the meanwhile a few times more and eventually got through to them. My router they sold me is faulty since i bought it 6 weeks ago. I am paying good money for an unstable service and have to reboot the router up to 10 or more times per day. They wrote me a mail to say they are sorry but i have no resolution. I will discourage each and every person i meet to never do business with this company. they might as well be a government department. Client service is non existant. I pay them for an inferior service. must be the worst company in the history of this country.
