I aquired a new Samsung Galaxy S4 through Vodacom 4 months ago. Was impressed with the service till the phone started giving me hassles. I wanted vodacom to collect it to have it repaired and was told that I have to take it to a store, I found this to be very inconvenient as I had to take off my precious time which cost me money for Vodacom's defective product. Nonetheless I took it in and was told to collect it days later. I was almost impressed again at the speed in which the phone was repaired but instead was thoroughly disappointed to find that it was in deed STILL DEFECTIVE. I would have been impressed if it was infact repaired properly as the attitude when i dropped it off was very "matter of factually" that it was an easy process. Ref:9250866
