I have been trying to pay my aunts account who has immigrated to the uk. it has taken 7 months to get assistance and when I called to confirm they received payment and the account is closed, I dealt with an attitude person named Nomvelio who was of no help and assistance at all and spoke to me poorly!!! all I needed was confirmation that they received the payment from myself which she refused to tell me. Disgusting cell c!! glad I am with Vodacom and ppl like you make us want to leave this country!! useless!!!
