1) I am due for an upgrade vodacom representative says he can help me but me and I end up with
two contracts after many discussions and arguments and fighting I have the issue resolved.
2) I do an upgrade at my Randburg vodacom store great friendly staff vivaz pro by sony hardly a month the phone never fell has no scratches no water damage it gives me problems take it in for repairs after helo peter complaint I get it sorted.
3) Phone is still giving tons of issues i take it to cresta again for repairs they test the faulty battery and advise when I can get a new one went there to collect as advised wasted my time logged hello peter complaint problem is resolved 2 or 3 days later.
4) Go home charge phone 8 hours bat tery dies after 2 minutes I leave the brand new scratchless phone in my wardrobe tired and paying a R1000 a month eventially I take it to Randburg vodacom again. The manager forces the lady to help me and she makes a mess and I dont get my job number. He says relax we will sort it out.
5) I go under an operation and return to find the store is closed I stop paying my account I am taken to legal now i pay what they have YOU ROCK
