Since my complaint logged about my upgrade being declined and that I am apparently in arrears for R143., I was contacted by Busi on Fri, 4 oct, who went through my statements with me and we realised that I am actually in a credit for R450.
Busi promised she will phone me back on Mon, 7 Oct and ensure the issue is rectified. Haha, what a joke, I am still waiting for that phonecall.
I was denied an upgrade and my current line was disabled due to my apparent arrears, now that they owe me, I do not hear a word from them.
Moral of the story, if you plan on doing business with Cell C, know that you will be dealing with incompetent people and a company who will be your money.
I have tried their call centre since Mon, 7 Oct, and everytime they are experiencing high call volumes and one must send an email for someone to reply, haha no one ever phone back and unfortunately I have a job which I am competent in, and I cannot spend my days holding on telephone lines for pathetic Cell C.
I will surely convey this message to all I know.
