Trying to upgrade with Mtn is trying indeed! No or slow responses are the order of the day. Four weeks later and we are still waiting for issues to be resolved. Promises of urgent escalations come to nought. Clearly Mtn do not care much for customer retention/satisfaction (even though we are a small customer with 9 numbers). Unbelievably bad service all round - Mtn should be proud and Icasa should pass additional laws to penalise these actions. Time to investigate a move to a new provider...
