Lying call centre agents and Vodacom bad service

Good day, Where do I even start. To cut a long story short. My name is Bridget cell number 0737835744, I recently (21 Aug) a female agent contact me regarding an upgrade of a Nokia Lumia 520 saying convinced me to accept the offer telephonically claiming it would be cheaper than going to the nearest branch at an upfront fee of? R450 which she agreed to be paid month end August after my pay day.2 days later the phone still didnt not work - "no service status". A consultant agent at Vodacom Ghandi Square confirmed that the phone was not working due to the account being in arrears (R780) & referred me to 082111 to report the matter. Eventually after 4 consultants (Busi, Nomsa, Pontso, Mpho, Beatrice I spoke to Lester from the cancelation dept. who managed to explaine what the real problem was - the female agent did not mention that apart from R450 I would be charged an additional courier fee of? R100 and R39 not sure for what really- hence the R780 fee due to be paid month end Aug and no longer? R450.Guess what 2 weeks later, no delivery man to collect the handset (Nokia Lumia 520), no call from Vodacom and my old phone is now block apparently I am in arrears by R780 SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE...
