I have made a payment on last Thursday since then i cannot watch dstv. And am i going to be compensated for this? i paid R600 at shoprite in daveyton. The customer care is in efficient that boring IVR never takes me anywhere. It said if payment is made it will be picked up. All i need now is to send the proof of payment. Or a refund and i will buy myself an aerial and watch the normal sabc channels.
