I HAVE BEEN WAITING TO BE CONTACTED I WAS TOLD TO SEND MY PROOF OF PAYMENT! WHERE I PAID R600 AT SHOPRITE-CHECKERS IN DAVEYTON. I WANT MY REFUND BECAUSE I PAY BY DEBIT ORDER. I WAS TOLD BY AN AGENT WHO CALLED ME THAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO DEPOSIT THE MONEY AT THE BANK NOT SHOPRITE?
SO THERE'S LACK OF COMMUNICATION AS I DID RECEIVE ANY COMMUNICATION FROM MULTICHOICE TO TELL ME ABOUT THE CHANGES?
FROM THE 30TH UPON MY RETURN FROM DURBAN I FOUND THAT SERVICE WAS SUSPENDED, WITH AN ENVELOPE ON MY TV SCREEN. I COULDN'T GET THROUGH TO THE CALL CENTRE ON 011 289 2222 AND THE CELLPHONE NUMBER. THE IVR KEPT ON REPEATING THE SAME THING. UNTIL I WROTE AN E-MAIL AND I WAS CONTACTED BY A GENTLEMAN WHO TOLD ME THAT MY SERVICE WAS NOT SUSPENDED. AND ASKED ME TO SEND A PROOF OF PAYMENT. AND I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND.
LATELY I FIND MYSELF COMPLAINING EVERY MONTH END. AND IT'S TIME CONSUMING I'M SUPPOSED TO BE ASLEEP.
IF MULTICHOICE DID NOT SUSPEND OR DEACTIVATED THE SERVICE, THEN WHO DID IT?
