TLC, SABC & E-Tv removed

The channels offered by starsat (toptv) are poor quality however you get some channels that are pretty decent, thats why they put certain channels in the higher bouquets. I paid the top subscription to watch TLC, TLC has been completely removed from my bouquet since last week Thursday. I paid for a channel that i am not getting, the only reason for me paying for the higher package is TLC! The only channel I watch is TLC, so I now have nothing to watch so what have I paid for?? Are we being refunded? If this was DSTV it would of been sorted days a ago!!
