Good day... I went to Game to purchase a Tv and then found out that SABC did not have my payment. I then further sent through proof of payment showing that i paid it on the 15th Of Aoctober 2012 to them through the game store consultant. On calling the billing department the salesman had a disagreement with the accounts lady who kept saying my proof of payment was not enough, this after she questioned him, had my id number, my address etc etc. i spoke with her then and she was very rude to e saying she cannot accept my proof of payment and that it is my problem to sort it out not hers. She then slammed the phone down in my ear. On leaving the store i received an sms from VVM Attorneys saying i had been handed over for my non payment of TV license. I was most upset by this. Firstly it is not MY problem if the accounts department dont do their work and then clients get treated badly by such an institution where i dont even watch SABC at all and yet pay my license beforehand year after year. Most disgusted at this service
