I have two Contracts and a 3g Card with Cell C, on all devices i couldnt use the internet and the reception was really bad on all devices. I have called numerous times in to the call centre, the first agent is always very polite and willing to help, but then they always say they will escalate it to a team leader that will call me back. Then I wait a week with no call. This has been going on for 3 months. My service started working all of a sudden but i dont see why i should pay for something that wasnt working for so long. So i called in again twice no and to no suprise the team leaders never call back again. my last case number was 3090204243.
