Hi H/P Team I would like to pass my gratitude to the Mtn agent/consultant who assisted me in contract upgrade in September. I first started to ask for an upgrade in my area, Greenstone and Stonerigde in Edenvale. I was dealing with Ndabezinhle in Mtn Stonerigde next to Spar. He said he would order the phone, which took like a week. He said he would deliver the phone to me at the gym, which is like 200m from Mtn store. He didn't deliver it, then I went back to the shop and his couleges said he had gone home. The following day I assumed that he would phone in the morning to apologise, mmmhhh no he didn't. He only phoned around 16:00 TO TELL ME TO COME AND FETCH THE PHONE!!! I told him to cancel the deal. I went to Mtn Greenstone and didn't get much help eaither. As we were going to Kzn, Shelley Beach for a holiday, then we went to Mtn in Pinecrest within 20 min I had a new phone and the following day I fetched the added line phone without any stress. Thank you Musa for your wondeful service, at least there are people who still really represent Mtn with best service as I know Mtn is keen on providing excellent service to all their customers.
