I upgraded my vodacom contract for the hope of getting a Samsung S4?! Within 3 day the phone is useless.. keeps on freezing. This phone is under its 7 day warranty but now the phone has to go in at Vodacom care for 14 to 21 working days!?! I PAY FOR A PHONE THAT I DON'T HAVE!? How does this work!? If you pay R200.00 per month for you handset it must be at least work or be refunded!
