I have actually run out of breath to describe my level of frustration! I have depleted my energy levels and I am on the verge of annihilating any and all Vodacom establishments!
I phoned in to move my debit order from the 1st to the 7th. I was informed that all would go accordingly and that the amount I owed on the 7th would be R850, instead I was billed R2000...!!! FOR WHAT!?! I then called in and two months later I AM STILL WAITING for a reply!
Can a person use foul language here? If not, imagine all the words I would use to describe the disgusting customer service. It is not OKAY to money from a client... and a loyal one at that!
