URGENT!!!

Friday when you contacted me you told me a hole different story then today 7-10-13.
I am very angry at the matter. You mentioned to me that Mtn owes me money and today you tell me I still owe Mtn money.
I went to my branch and we printed all the statements since Febuary 2013.
A cancellation fee was paid in March 23-02-2013
Ref no Z602000293. Not the Z stands for Canellation!! So the gentlemen who was suppose to cancel the contract on that day needs to sort this problem out IMMEDIATLY or someone else. ( He needs to be taught how to do his work properly) Which was stated by my branch. So Mtn had no right to split the money into my other accounts. The contact was canceled on Friday which no body even notified me with, and then you say to me today I owe money, which is incorrect because there is no outstanding amounts on my statements and even double checked by the branch which I took the contract out.
I will be WAITING for the documents you promised me by the end of today, and my REFUND on the last 7months which they have been taking off my account.
I am very dissapointed with MTN and it service, and will go on about this situation until it has been sorted.
