Why only respond NOW?

On Monday, 14 January 2013 I lodged a query as to the progress of my application which was completed on 7 January 2013.

Today, Wednesday 16 January 2013 I received a phone call informing me that I need three month's bank statements FROM MY BRANCH with a branch stamp!!!

My money for my registration needs to be paid before or on 25 January 2013 to Unisa. This leaves me with only THIS weekend to go to the bank and obtain these statements since Eduloan refuses to accept the statements uploaded already. Why was I not contacted LAST week already about this? Now I have to cancel whatever I had planned for Saturday morning to go stand in a cue at a branch to get three measly statements stamped by the bank.

This really is unacceptable!
