Nedbank double deducted my account on the 27/02/2013 and no 1 seem to help refunding my money, spoke to Lebo, Martha Maema and they promised to refund me in 48 hrs and even today havent got my money. When am contacting my branch East london Oxford street they just help you phone nothing else, i want my money as in today i have things that i was suppose to pay with that money but i failed due to your Incompetence, dont meam t be rude just that i'm off by this whole thing.
