The matter is going on for months now, after requesting months ago that cell c cancells my debit order. It was not actioned and cost me money with rejected debit orders.
to date debit order rejections cost me more the R1700.
To my delightful surprise after fighting with cell c a month ago about this and once again cancelling a cancelled debit order they debit my account yet again.
I have been a customer of cell c for more than 10 years is this how they appreciate me? or perhaps they don't want my business.
I have contacted them on numerous occasions and each consultants primary objection is only to get rid of me, no resolutions and no follow ups.
I expect that cell c pay all my related costs or I will cancel my business with them in which ever way I deem fit.
