I loaded R275 airtime and purchased 100mb data. After 10min i never got the bundles and my airtime was on ZERO. i than called customer care where i was on the phone for over an hour without any joy.
Themba Sibisi, nompulelo (supervisor) and simangele (ops manager) were all telling me the same story. ALL I want is what is due to me, but clearly they don't see it that way.
I am with this service provider for over 10 years and this is the way they treat their loyal clients. They should really put more competent people in the positions and they don't even know who their CEO is. I asked to be transferred to his office and they couldn't even do that for me.
Than we wonder where is customer service going to, but we paying for a service.
