I was recently charged a substantial amount on my 3g bill for packet switched data calls. I found out that this is internet usage for once my cap is reached. But how can this be? How on earth can you have a capped account that just opens itself when it feels like it?? This is utter BS!!! Apparently I have an open line. No one discussed this with me, I didnt even know it was an option on a capped account. Seriously, what is the point of an capped account then? I requested a statement to show that I have in fact gone over my cap, and what it was used on, And I get told that is itemised billing and I need to pay for it. Your customer service and all around service has taken a huge dive MTN. I am going to cancel my account this afternoon. Oh and by the way, your call centre agents are pathetic!
