We applied for the Samsung Smart tv combo which includes tv, modem, 3G modem and data. I was informed this morning on the day that they will be coming to install my line that the tech will only be bringing my ADSL modem and not the tv or 3G modem. the call center when they called us said that the tech will be bringing all equipment. I now can not get feedback from anyone when we can expect our TV to arrive at all. We are leaving the country for a few months so will now not be able to receive the tv in time for us leaving. I refuse to pay any bills until I have received all the equipment that I am being billed for. This is just negligent on their part when they knew we were going out of the country.
