My husband and I got a tel and adsl line installed yesterday, and I have been treated like an already.
Besides having called umpteen times without getting assistance from agents that are supposedly trained to fix our problems, I was treated like a fool and left to hold a line for more than 10 minutes without being told if the agent has fallen asleep or had a heart attack or maybe she was just being mean for fun?
I called and spoke to a lady who politely advised that she will put me through to high tech because she couldn't help. The lady at high tech was in a bad mood. She was snappy, couldn't explain things clearly, even after I explained that I am a new customer and not used to the modem, it didn't seem like she cared, eventually she asked me for a modem code, so I asked her where should I look exactly she says to me "Look and the modem you will see the code!!! ", I gave he the modem name, that's when she decided to save her breath and let the hold for 10 minutes after having yelled Hellows like a mad person.
I hope she had a fantastic day after spoiling mine.
