Pathetic service

Selldirect phoned me and offered the Telkom Wi-fi Modem. I accepted and was informed that I will receive the modem within 1-5 working days. After a week I phoned them and asked what's going on because I haven't heard from them. The modem was delivered 2weeks after the telephone call. When I received the modem via courier, they just delivered the modem without any installation support. I contacted telkom to ask for support and activation but they could not pick up anything on my id number and was advised to phone selldirect. Selldirect activated my sim card and informed that they don't know anything about how to install the system I must phone telkom and find out. Telkom informed me i need to go to a telkom store and request a technician to install the modem because the modem should have been installed for me upon delivery. Selldirect did not mention anything about this and the salesperson said that everything will be done for me; I don't have to do anything. Which was obviously a lie. I spoke to Micheala at selldirect to cancel this contract. I would rather sign a contract directly with telkom than via selldirect. Utterly disappointed and would not revere selldirect to any one!!
