10Megps try 1 megps

I went to 8ta and queried the 10 gig per month, i asked about the down load speed, gave my address and the sales rep at east gate branch informed me that during peak i will get a minimum of 8 meg per second on the download and 4 megs per second on the upload and off peak up to 21 megs per second on the down load and 10 megs per second on the upload, with this info i purchased two packages one for my son and i as we play online gaming call of duty ROCKS, since the purchase of the 10 gig packages we have yet to get the min 8 megs per second i was promised i have lodged a complaint and 2 weeks later a technician was sent to the house to "test signal strength" he said it was low and he would pass the info over to the tech to make an adjustment on the TOWER it has been over a week and when i contact 8ta they tell me the issue is resolved ha ha lol lmpa i am dumbstruck at the lack of service as well as no follow up quick to take my money but slooow to react please someone contact me before i loose my temper and throw the deal back at the 8ta office
