VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

For some reason on the 6th of this month (Sept 2013), 1000 megs of data was logged on my account. My average usage per day is about 7 megs, maybe it will spike to 20 megs at times. My phone is on Wifi most of the time (Home and Work). I phoned the call centre to get it sorted out and they told me that they would log a call and that someone would contact me by the next day (And that I should call back if they didn't). Nothing has happened so far. The end of the month is a few days away and i now have a huge bill to pay for something that I believe is a fault. How long can it really take to check what the problem is? I phoned the call centre to find out what is going on and used the call back option so that I wont have to wait too long. Guess what, nobody called back. Tried again today and waited half an hour before giving up. Really? This is unacceptable service!!! There is nothing wrong with the money I pay each month, why should there be so much wrong with the service?
